Office Manager

You are eager to get your foot in the door at a fast paced, rapidly growing startup. We're looking for someone to take charge of the day-to-day operations of our office. You're a dedicated self starter who enjoys a hands on environment. Our perfect applicant will be able to anticipate the needs of the team and effectively resolve administrative or operational issues in a motivated and can-do fashion.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, set-up and tear-down office events, catered meals and happy hours.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment for existing employees and new hires.
  • Coordinate weekly ordering, stocking and managing of food and beverages.
  • Facilitate on site visits and greet office guests with your warm personality.
  • Work with recruiting to prepare for new employees & space planning.
  • ​Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including conference rooms, kitchen, and common areas.
  • Get creative and you will build processes that will make the above tasks simple!

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Prior office management or facilities management experience preferred.
  • A penchant for organization.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communications skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive, harmonious attitude.
